Terms of Service

These B2B terms apply to custom HDMI/AV cable quotation, sample and production orders placed with Custom AV Cable (Dongguan Puxu). Last updated: October 2026.

1. Acceptance

By requesting a quotation, sample or order from Custom AV Cable you accept these B2B terms. Any conflicting buyer terms do not apply unless agreed in writing.

2. Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the specification, quantity and material cost at the time of quoting. A binding order is created only after a proforma invoice (PI) is confirmed and the deposit is received.

3. Custom-made goods and IP

Most cables are made to the customer’s specification (length, jacket, connector, labels and packaging). Production begins after the pre-production sample and artwork are approved. The customer warrants that any logo, trademark or artwork supplied for OEM/ODM does not infringe third-party rights; we print only the customer’s own or authorised branding and never reproduce a brand without authorisation.

4. Certification and specification

Terms such as “Ultra High Speed HDMI® 48 Gbps”, “Ultra96” and “Premium High Speed” are official certification categories and are used only on SKUs that pass HDMI ATC testing; certified SKUs carry an ATC ID and QR code. Other cables are described by measured performance (e.g. 48 Gbps / 8K) without an unearned certification claim. ATC status for long-length AOC is confirmed per length on the quotation.

5. Pricing and payment

Default trade term is FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou; CIF or DDP can be quoted on request. Standard payment is T/T 30% deposit and 70% before shipment; L/C at sight may be accepted for large orders. Bank fees are borne by the buyer.

6. Lead times

Pre-production samples are normally 3–7 days; mass production 15–25 days after deposit and sample approval. Lead times are estimates and exclude shipping, customs and force-majeure delay.

7. Inspection and warranty

Every batch is 100% signal/function tested. Cables are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from shipment. Our liability is limited to replacement, credit or refund of the defective goods; consequential loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including raw-material shortage, power failure, fire, flood, epidemic restrictions, war or export/import disruption.
