What the plant handles in-house
- Wire extrusion & jacketing — conductor, insulation and PVC/LSZH/plenum jacketing in-house
- Braiding & shielding — multi-layer braid and foil for EMI performance and bend life
- Connector & assembly — Type-A, Type-E, Micro, screw-lock, over-molding and fiber head assembly
- Signal & eye-diagram test — bandwidth, bit-error, eye-diagram and continuity checks with serial labels
- QC & inspection — 100% function test, AQL batch inspection and third-party support
- Label & packaging — private label, retail box, barcode, bundles and inserts on the same floor
Real plant, real process
Extrusion, braiding, connector assembly, ATC-grade signal testing and warehousing all happen in one 5,000 m² Changping
plant. A live video walk-through or an on-site audit is welcome before mass production.
