Shipping & Delivery

This policy describes the trade terms, lead times, freight methods and customs handling that apply to custom HDMI/AV cable orders. Last updated: October 2026.

Trade terms

Default Incoterm is FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou. CIF, DDU and DDP can be quoted on request; under DDP, import duties and taxes are handled and stated separately on the PI.

Lead times

Pre-production sample: typically 3–7 days.
Mass production: typically 15–25 days after deposit and written sample approval.
Custom jackets, certifications or private-label packaging may add lead time; this is stated on the PI.

Shipping methods

We ship by sea (LCL/FCL) for volume, air for urgent orders, and express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for samples and small parcels. You may also use your own nominated freight forwarder. Long-length fiber AOC and 100 m reels are packed on spools with protective packaging to avoid bend damage.

Risk and title

Under FOB terms, risk passes to the buyer when the goods are delivered to the carrier at the port. Title passes on receipt of full payment.

Customs, duties and taxes

Unless DDP is agreed, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes and clearance in the destination country. We provide the commercial invoice, packing list and required certification documents.

Tracking and delays

Tracking and shipping documents are provided once goods leave the factory. We are not liable for carrier or customs delays, but we will assist with documentation and tracing.

Packaging

Standard bulk, polybag, retail box and private-label packaging are available; carton marks and barcodes follow your artwork. Tell us your destination and we will recommend the most cost-effective mode.
